Great reminder, healthy advice -- thank you, SJC54! I only recently heard the idea of eating a rainbow of fruits and veggies, and it's been a lot of fun besides a beautiful way of dressing up my meals.

Yes, weight loss is not an easy task, you really need to indulge yourself in some kind of physical activity. But in my case, I tried acupuncture along with it and it really helped me a lot. I remember I had gone through 3 acupuncture sittings and I in a time spam of 3 months, I was able to lose weight easily.

Yes, losing weight isn't that easy. You have to control everything to lose weight. It is not a piece of cake.
