week #44 - 15st 11.75lb - 0.5lb gain since last time. a year-end update. 3st 3.25lb / 45.25lb total loss, which is within a whisker of being exactly half of my target loss. I've averaged 1lb/week in spite of having barely lost anything in the last 2-3 months. so yay! well done me. onwards & downwards (in weight) :D |

week #52 - 15st 3.25lb - 7lb loss since last time / 53.75lb total loss I haven't updated this for ages, but a 7lb loss since last time is rather nice. :D 52 weeks since I started doing this & 53.75lb total loss, a whisker over 1lb/week, so I'm pretty happy with that. :) |
