I have the nephew and kids but they were not here all afternoon. One of the kids went to a birthday party. My niece came by also. I've had a good day
I cut back on caffiene today and only drank zero sugar cokes. I can tell a difference plus I've taken my Aleve p.m. mostly to curb the pain in neck and lower back. But im beginning to feel sleepy. Hopefully my brain will turn off tonight. fitbit totals for today Calories in 1343 Calories burned 1727 Steps 4968 Exercise minutes. 21. Asked my niece to take a walk with me and she did. We walked down to the church building down the street and back. backas about a half mile there and half back. I did have to stop to catch my breath but I made it. |
Finally got 7.57 hours sleep and that's with a 2 year old in bed with me. But she slept really well.
nephew and I fixed food for the kids here this weekend. The boys ate pretty well. 2 year old is pretty finicky with her food still. fitbit totals are low today Calories in was around 1400 Calories burned was around 1500 no exercise Steps 1955. Went to church this morning. Susan did great job with her sermon choir didn't sound to bad either |

calories in 1714 Calories burned 1432 steps 4905 sleep 7.20 getting better. fasting 13.5 hours. exercise. Walked on treadmill for 25 minutes.didnt feel like I got my heart rate up enough so I rode the Nustep for 20 minutes. Made my back hurt. Will not do that again. Just going to get my stamina up from walking. Since im a grazer im going to eat every 3 hours and try to stay within 1500 calories. Had regular coke for lunch to bring my calories up to 1714. |
Fitbit totals are low today not sure why. I went to the gym and walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes. But it didn't count my steps. Nor the minutes. I didn't track calories today either.
had to reset my laptop back to factory setting. It was about to crash. think my body is accepting the eating every three hours. Still trying to not eat at night but that a hard habit to break. |

I'm retired and have no set schedule. I usually get up at 7.30 take my shower and get ready for the day. By then its 8.00 and then take my thyroid med. I have to wait an hour before I eat so 9.00 a.m. is when I start my eating . Im a grazer so ive decided to eat evey 3 hours to help curb my snacking all day long. Normally its a 4 hour window between each meal. It's very hard for me to get the full 16 hour window of not eating but I try to have my last snack at 7.30 p.m.to get at least a 12 hour window of not eating. |
Hey there, I also just started tinkering with IF. For right now, I'm doing 14/10. I fast from 7pm - 9am. One thing I already notice is that I actually feel a lot better when I wake up....no bloating or stomach aches. I may work up to 16/8 over time, but for now I'm trying this. Love to hear others IF journeys!

I want to work up to a 16:8 window but i do good for a 12/12 . I like the idea of a 10:14to start. ------- Didnt post totals yesterday buy I'm sure I want to. I was way off track. Can I blame it nephew and kids. Nephew is going out of town this weekend with his gf.to take her daughter to a specialist for diabetes. She is only 2. Yep there's two of them. Anyway my nephew calls as I was on my way to a WM for groceries when he calls to ask if he and the kids could spend the night. I hesitated but said yes. I do love those kids and would do most anything for nephew. They came on a school night which why I was hesitant but all worked out. last night he made a pallet on the floor for all of them Our little one wanted her daddy. Next week they will be sleeping in my king bed if little one wants to sleep with daddy. I forgot the pallet was on the floor. I walked across it and my toe caught one of the quilts and down I went on the hardwood floor. It ouched a lot. I don't think anything is broken but I'm sore especially on my right side. Sis stopped by after her hair appointment and we went to lunch and shopping for a little while. One of her granddaughters is having a birthday party tomorrow. Fitbit totals Steps. 3000+ Calories burned 1400+ half heartedly tracked calories . |

Woke up around 7.15 got up took my thyroid med got in the shower and got dressed. Ate breakfast around 8.15.
called someone about repairing my fence gates. Had to leave a message. went out to ash grove this afternoon to clean out a flower bed. Did not finish but will go back tomorrow Got to play with Miley, the cat i fostered for awhile. She needed some attention. Fitbit Totals Calories burned were good today at 1694. Steps were 4375. Sissy's yard is big and the pile of branches etc were a distance from where I was working. exercise minutes only showed 9 minutes but I know I had more than that Didn't really know how to count my spaghetti that I made so I'm not posting that total. Think ill start writing down in here what I've eaten breakfsst 2 scrambled eggs 2 pieces of toast with country crock margarine Bowl of cereal with 2% milk tomato juice LUNCH left over spaghetti with a slice of cheese DINNER/SUPPER MCD big mac and fries never eat all of them Medium coke Evening snack around 8.30 bowl of cereal with 2%milk |

Niece carried the rubble to the brush pile for me today Exercise minutes fitbit shows 0 but worked in the flowerbed again this afternoon. went back to ash grove this afternoon. Had lunch with my niece. Did not track calories. . here's what I've eaten Breakfast Atkins shake Lunch Pimento cheese sandwich with lettuce tomato and onion.. wasn't the best but ok.. pickle and Dr. Pepper.and a cinnamon roll with caramel and nuts. It was huge but I only ate half of it. For me it was taco Tuesday. Had 3 soft shell supreme tacos from Taco Bell and a snack around 8.15 pm and another Dr. Pepper. |
