Does anyone know anything about doing the Keto diet?
Hi torridgirl192 I would do a few Google searches there is so much information on keto out there. Unfortunately it was not the plan for me. I found after a few months I really craved fruit and that is high in carbs, a no no with keto. I am having more success keeping calories low (1300-1500 a day) and keeping processed foods to a minimum and focus more on real fruit, white meats and seafood, and veggies.
