Last night my cat bit my hand and arm till it bled. I'm not sure why she did it.
She's used to my cpap nachine. It's perplexing

A beautiful day to be outside. The kids were here so we took them to the park. They played and I walked, slowly around the track. Wish I didn't get so out of breath. 25 minutes of walking.
Nephew cooked Breakfast the kids and us.
Eggs, bacon. toast, orange and hash brown's
Lunch
Hot dog with mustard and pickle relish, cheestoes
We were both tired so i had chicken nuggets and fries from MCD's

still no water. Need to remedy that,, but after working 24.5 years in water treatment I know what came out of our water and what went into treating the water. In this town they only chlorinate because it's ground water. Our water came from the ground too but had a lot of iron mineral in it. So that had to be treated

Still don't have a plan of action. Except for exercise. I've been doing a video on YouTube that I really like
yesterday food was better. Went to breakfast with a friend from church
Then had left over spaghetti and a salad for lunch
Weight this morning is 191.2. Still have some fluid pounds to get rid of.

Glad you found an exercise video you like. It helps! I have a bunch of workout videos I bought from goodwill/Salvation Army and still need to try them out! Did one last week and another one this morning.
