It's great that you have a workout room in your complex. We moved into an apartment that's attached to a house, so I lost my workout room.

I have finally broken my never-ending plateau! The trick of course is maintaining it but completing Day 2 will make that easy.

I'm just going to work the cals and fat into my daily allotment. It's still not a hopless day.
This is the first time in three months that I have passed my problem plateau (230) and maintained my loss for more than 2 days! If that is not a motivating factor.
) and ate 2 salads at once this afternoon
(I was starving!). But I am almost done with my 3 meals and I should have no problem getting the last meal in before 7 p.m. I still need to do a little movement so my goal is to go home early and get at least 20 minutes of treadmill in. Then it will be a challenge plus day!
