Weight loss
Its been more than six months now since i started dieting for weight loss, unfortunately there has been very little difference.
Is there a way i can achieve better results within a short period of time?

Try out apple cider vinegar drink when rise. or lemon drink. I guess mental toughness is needed to see changes take place.
