Risalkt007 - It's great that you're just starting your journey. You will probably hear a lot of different answers from different fitness pros. No matter what happens, just know that you'll need to slowly build better habits to make this happen.
It's not as hard as you think. Get a Macros Calculator online - these tally how much protein, fat, and carbs you should be eating to be at a desired weight. This is the basis for all fat loss (calories out versus calories in).
Once you start tracking your macros, try to do a simple workout > 5-10 minutes per day. It does NOT have to be long at all to get results! Just start building that habit and doing short workouts each and every day.
