I'm new to the discussion, went through some of the posts. I was 110 KG a half year back, I wasnt have the option to walk even 5 min, had knee torment, substantial breathing issues. during the night I wasn't have the option to sleep well like normal human
I used to eat a lot of junk food, smoke cigarettes. recently a friend share with me a weight lose recepie, Amazing you wont believe with in 3 months I got reduced my weight to 75KG.
Presently began a piece exercises to shape my body
Honestly saying it wasn't possible to do workout when I had 110kg.
Truly saying it was unimaginable to expect to do exercise when I had 110kg
