Off of IP....Gained 17 pounds

Hi all! I stopped Ideal Protein about 2 months ago and was very happy to have lost nearly 30 pounds. Since then unfortunately I have gained about 17 pounds back and I don’t know what to do. I really would like suggestions on how to turn this around as I am not able to go back on the program for the time being. Thanks in advanced!!!

Hi ipagal,
I was not sure what the IP program was until I looked it up. What would prevent you from continuing on your own with low carb/keto diet/lifestyle? There are so many different apps out there that can help you track your macro's. Cronometer is a great app for your phone, or use something like myfitnesspal?
