So ... copying other people and making little notes on my progress each day until I leave December 5. I have 8 days to make a difference in my head, hah!

1. Wed Nov 27 - worked today. Had dinner at 4 pm which I like, but ended up eating some nuts in the evening. Not too bad, but disappointed I didn't stick to my eating window. Tomorrow will be better! Happy Thanksgiving!
2. Thur Nov 28 - had a salad for lunch, a modest dinner, but too many snacks, sigh.
3. Fri Nov 29 - My goal for today is to go to the gym and not eat after 7 pm at night.
4. Sat Nov 30 - Doing a 16/8 IF today. Going to the hurricane flag burning ceremony this evening, yay!
5. Sun Dec 1 - Eating on plan yesterday. So far so good today. Going for a walk this afternoon. Another 16/8 day, but will aim for a 18/6 which is doable. Forgot to weigh in this morning, will do it tomorrow for my weekly weigh-in.
6. Mon Dec 2 - Weight is down a bit. Ate over calories today, but no snacking after dinner so that's good. Went to the gym.
7. Tues Dec 3 - 19/5 today, which is good. Looks like I will stay within calories.

Well, I'm still hanging around the 220's. Got back from my trip and never made it below the 220 mark. I am going to make a concerted effort to get to 219 before the end of the year. I don't have children, so I'm not much tempted by all the holiday sweet stuff, thank goodness. (Only because I don't have it around.)

Wish me luck, everyone.

So tomorrow, my plan:

Intermittent fast 16/8 or less.
1500 calories or less.

I am sooooo close to that 219 (I almost typed 119, Freudian slip I guess). I just went on myNetDiary and typed in all my calories today to make me mindful of what I may eat tonight. Maybe maybe tomorrow will be the day. I won't be crazy if it doesn't happen. (She said crazily.)

So yesterday - FINALLY - I saw 219 on the scale. It has taken me almost five months to lose this last 10 pounds, but I finally made it! I am going to start a new thread called "Getting out of the 210's."
