Hi Everyone,
I recently did a very very hard workout and i lost 10lbs in a week. I thought it couldn't be possible but I did it! Anyway, I'm posting this to give anyone who needs it motivation.
When I was 20 years old, I was 200lbs and only being a height of 176 cm, that was fairly big for me personally and it was having a negative effect on my health. I was depressed, I felt like I didn't want to do anything, I kept getting hot flushes and overall just not feeling good. My confidence dropped to the lowest level possible and I just didn't want to do anything anymore.
I decided enough is enough. So I started to workout and have the right diet. If you wanna know more about it, read my blog

Anyway, back to my point, If i can do it, so can you guys! I feel much much better in myself and other people have noticed a change in me aswell. Don't think of the short term, think of the long term!
I'm still trying to get more fat off, its very difficult but is doable!
