I always seem to go for 2 weeks and then something happens and I stop again!?
This time round I have a more important goal than just weight loss. Together with my boyfriend we decided that once I got back to my pre-pregnancy weight (132 pounds) we will start trying for baby nr2. After baby nr2 I hope to work my way down to my ideal weight of 116 pounds.
We both wanted to try again once our daughter turned 2, so my goal is to reach that weight before her birthday. This gives me a bit more off a push to keep going.
You have to find something else to motivate you, not just the weight loss or feeling good about yourself, because eating a pot of ben and jerry's makes me feel good
but will not help my overal goals.
