Default 9 Months In

So I have been more or less sticking with WW now for almost 9 months, I have lost a little over 80 lbs. I definitely lost much faster in the beginning but I was also much stricter. I finally hit "onderland" in early May and it took me until this week to get into the 180's. I would be good all week then eat terrible on the weekends, so I was pretty much staying the same, by gaining and losing same 5 lbs. I feel like since getting into the hundreds, I have let myself slip because I figure Ive done so well I deserve a little cheating, but it has derailed me. I need to start focusing on getting back to being good all the time and losing weekly. I keep reminding myself now its Summer and bathing suit time, I need to keep going, hopefully I will stick with it now. Wish me luck staying on track. I know I can do it, I just have to be determined!
