Hi everyone. Hope to get some direction here. I need to lose about 30 pounds. I looked at the "Feather-weight" forum but didn't see anyone in 30 lose 30 pound range. Am I missing something? Just want to go in the right direction. All suggestions are welcomed and thank you.

Hi SONGOFJOY2. What a pretty user name. Welcome to 3FatChicks. I checked and don't see any active threads for "Getting Out of the 150s." I think you should start a new one like you did this thread in this same category, Weight Loss Support. If there are others in the same weight range as you, they will chime in. I wish I could say that's where I'm at, but that would be my goal, not my current weight! LOL

There are other threads you can join other than a 150s thread. In the 100 lbs support group there's a thread for people getting out of any decade of the 100s (190s or less). There are daily support threads for food and exercise that you can use to track your weight and get support. There are also challenge threads for weight loss (the 'competition' is mainly about support, from what I've seen).
