Regained and now relosing weight

Hi everyone, I was active on here last year and lost about 35 lbs - quite a bit but shy of my goal. Then I guess you could say I got off track and gained all 35 plus 5 more back in about 3 months! I hit my highest weight ever of 253 lbs and really started feeling the effects - always tired, high blood pressure, no clothes fit. I realized that I needed to get back in control and finally get to my goal of 190 lbs... and stay there.

In the last 4 months, I have managed to drop 45 lbs (208 lbs now), leaving about 15-20 more to go. I think 190 lbs is a healthy and reasonable target for me (I'm 6'1"). The trick will be to keep it off. I actually used to be quite thin and fit, around 170, before I blew up to 250 and continued to yoyo the last few years.

Welcome back, and congratulations on losing 45lbs in the past 4 months, that's a great achievement!

Thanks! I just need to keep my binging under control... which I did not succeed at this weekend... oops.

Weekends are the hardest for me, also. My weekdays are very structured, due to work, so my meals happen at the same time every day. Weekends have little structure, and I eat whenever, and I often find I go a little crazy on the weekends!
