Is it possible to not lose weight because you did too much?
I exercised for an hour did over 19,000 steps, walked 8 miles and did 21 stairs.
I ate 1,260 calories. I drank a couple of glasses of lemon water.
Did I do too much? Or is it as simple as calories in vs calories out?
I feel pretty sick right now.

You can do too much, if it is new to you.
You can eat too little for the amount of exercise you do. I would say that what you are listing for exercise and nutrition is not in balance, less exercise or more food will keep you healthier.
If you feel sick, then its a really good indication that it is not healthy or sustainable.
I think the scale will reflect that eventually, but sounds like a lot of exercise for not a lot of calories. Careful there.
Of course you feel sick, you've asked too much of your body and gave it not even the bare minimum to sustain itself. This is overkill and sounds more like punishing yourself into weightless. This is exactly the type of thing that will lead to a series of massive binges sooner or later.
You're a car. You need fuel. The further you travel the more fuel you will need. You feel sick because you ran out of gas several miles ago.
Thanks.
I've been eating a lot of vegetables, grilled chicken, hard boiled eggs, and beans these past few days. So I think I am eating wisely despite the fact I'm eating less then 1,300 a day.
I feel much better then I did the other day. I'm wondering if it's how I've been eating. I've been doing 30-45 minutes of exercise a day. I'm dealing with a plateau right now that doesn't seem to go away. So I'm trying different options.
