I feel so disheartened and feel alone, I am not sure where to start. I know about nutrition and I know that it is good to exercise. I feel guilty, so guilty.
Does anyone have any advice?
I'm in the UK, could really do with a fitness buddy.

YEP i would LOVe to not jump into food-i am such an emotional eater!
NOT to much junk-but treats too.
