Default I need the 180's but a bit discouraged

I know I've lost a good amount , but I've taken time out from the struggles of my eating issues and balancing work and studies and family. I haven't gained any weight back, when I left this forum I was 2 pounds difference , which was last year. Yeah, so I'm happy I've maintained but I should've been at my goal weight by now. If I hadn't stopped I wouldn't need to lose 35 more pounds and because of that I'm discouraged. I can't actually see myself at 155 and it's hard to feel this way. Im not sure how to feel to positively keep moving forward. Any advice please?

You can think that if you stay focused from now on, you can lose the remaining 35 in as little as 4 - 6 months and that you will be elated after that. Good luck! Great job on your accomplishment so far!
