I know I've lost a good amount , but I've taken time out from the struggles of my eating issues and balancing work and studies and family. I haven't gained any weight back, when I left this forum I was 2 pounds difference , which was last year. Yeah, so I'm happy I've maintained but I should've been at my goal weight by now. If I hadn't stopped I wouldn't need to lose 35 more pounds and because of that I'm discouraged. I can't actually see myself at 155 and it's hard to feel this way. Im not sure how to feel to positively keep moving forward. Any advice please?
