So this past Presidents day I was off for 4 days, and I was on a vacation in every possible way. I blew off my normal eating habits and did not do well over those past 4 days. But I reminded myself not to give up and give in, and got back on track right before returning to work.
My diet consist of a protein shake for breakfast and for dinner, and a healthy lunch. With snacks in between if I am hungry. I realized the weekends have become an issue for me since I have free access to the frig and places to freely go and eat at where I do not during the week.
Last time I lost a lot of weight I changed my eating habits but I did it in a way that I was possibly doomed to fail in the future and gain all of it back. This time I am trying to make different changes so when I do hit my goal weight I am doing it with out starving myself.
So my new plan is to continue with my current diet as is, except on Saturdays have to light meals instead of two shakes.
I am currently down 7 1/2 pounds and with 50 more to go, I know I have a long road but I am not going to give up even when I have set backs.
