Hello! I'm new the community!
Anyway so here is some background. I've been working out and eating healthy since June 4th 2016. I am 5'5" and started out at 200lbs (however for some reason I always look like i weigh less than i actually do.) So I've been healthy for roughly 6.5 weeks now and when I started the weight was really coming off. Ive now been around 187-188 for the past 3 weeks maybe and the scale is not budging at all. It has just been fluctuating from 187 to 190 and back every other day (and not BETWEEN 187 and 190, i mean literally from 187 to 190 and back.) So I had really wanted to get down to at least 177 before summer ends which for me is like 5 weeks away. This plateu is really ruining everything! I don't know why its happened as my workout intensity increased every week and i've been consistently eating well. Do I just continue and push through a plateu or do I take a break? (Which im afraid to do bc then i just may fall back into old unhealthy routines.)
As for measurements & how I look in clothes, i mean there are definitey changes my breast don't feel as heavy, my little muffin top is all the way gone, my stomach is a lot less bloated/fat, and my collarbones are starting to show a little bit. However its not translating to the scale anymore for the past 3, almost 4 weeks and i've only lost like 5 inches so idk

Just allow yourself to eat more, maybe a treat or so, but keep control. Maybe take a break from your intense workouts and just walk. Still making healthy choices, just with less intensity. That way your body can take some time to adjust to its new size. This has always helped me when I get stuck.
