Hi all! So I want to lose 17/18 pounds (9k ish). I had lost it two years ago it grief and a tough time (lost mum to breast cancer) meant it went on again...comfort eating, too many wine calories... I have 3 kids (3,6,8) and need all the support I can get.esp when it comes to comfort foods.... Why can't watermelon comfort me like buttery toast!?!?
