Has anyone tried the Garcinia Cambogia and green coffee bean and had it work while doing diet and exercise? Just curious...I've seen some people get results, wondering if anyone here had.
CarolNEmily - I think the most successful people on this forum find a lifestyle they can maintain after they have lost the weight. Eating fresh non-processed foods is the best choice. I know people who are just beginning on their weight loss journey are tired of hearing "it's a lifestyle change", but it is absolutely true. There are huge numbers of people that lose weight usually with a drastic diet or pills and then gain it all back. It is a learning process.
Ive already lost a lot of weight and changed my eating and lifestyle..i was just curious......because i've been seeing a lot about it lately.....
