Weight Loss Struggle
Hi! I'm new the site, but I'm in dire need of support. Last Winter I started proactively trying to lose weight. I had lost about 20 lbs by using the app My Fitness Pal to track my calories and exercise. And then the holidays hit and I kind of fell off the weight loss wagon. It was hard to get back in the swing of things, but about a month ago I started cleaning up my diet, faithfully tracking my calories, and exercising almost everyday. However, I have yet to lose anything yet. I'm really not sure why and it's stressing me out. I appreciate any advice you guys could give that would help me get out of this rut.
