If you look through the forum you will find there are a large number of methods people are using... I am sure you can find what works best for you. Personally I don't believe in "dieting" -- especially fad diets, etc. (although some seem to find them effective). I just eat healthful foods... mostly fresh fruits, veggies and protein... organic and GMO free as much as possible. I avoid "low fat," fake sugar, chemicals and processed food. There are a lot of threads here such as daily accountability, exercise challenges, etc. Just jump right in where you feel comfortable. There is a lot of support and encouragement here, and sharing the process with others who understand can be a huge help.
