Hello all!

So far, so good.
Amazing what you can do when you are motivated. This past week and weekend went out to eat more times than I have in a month all put together- But I KNEW WHAT TO PICK!!

Tuesday lunch tried a Mesculan salad w/ fresh mozzarella and was really pleased! A new food item for the arsenal!

Somehow, I am suddenly having trouble getting the water in-
think it might be due to starting the coffee again and because I've tried to stop by the bottled water to save money.
hmmmmmmm......have to decide where the real savings are....

Just a so-so day today. Not totally berserk but not totally dedicated either. Tomorrow will be better.

1) 1700 calories or less? Yes, 1600!!

2) Exercise one hour continuously or broken up in any time combination and at any intensity? Yes, recumbent bike, 20 minutes; treadmill, 20 minutes; walkabout 20 minutes at home on “hall treadmill!”

1) 1700 calories or less? Yes, 1550!!

2) Exercise one hour continuously or broken up in any time combination and at any intensity? Yes, weight training, 30 minutes; recumbent bike, 20 minutes; treadmill, 10 minutes.
