I'm also working on my first 25 lb. weight loss goal. So far, I'm down 17 out of 25 so this is within reach. Started mini goal the week before Christmas (thought I'd start working on going down during the holidays instead of up).
Once this goal is met - onto the next 25 lbs. I've decided, however, that instead on focusing on the scale / lbs. lost, I'd focus on the process and establishing healthy habits. I know if this is in place, the lbs. will drop and hopefully STAY off.
