169.1 today :)

Congrats Dani!
I'm so excited. The scale is finally moving and I woke up to 177.4 this morning! I have a few weekend events coming up, but I will have to stay strong with my eating. I want to get rid of these last pounds badly and keep them off! My kettlebell workouts are still going great and they are really shaping and defining my body. Good luck to us all! |
DOWN THIS MORNING TO 174.8, FINALLY starting a Monday on the down slope.
|
Thanks, Jasmine! You, too!
I am at 169.6 today. I am yet to re-start doing weights again, but I plan on doing so pretty soon. However, every time I plan on doing weights, I end up jogging/walking/running, but I know I can get better results with a combination of weights and running. I too need to stay strong until the weekend:) So far I am ok, but it's only been a few days:) since I started paying attention to my eating habits. Best of luck everyone! Quote:

168.9 today. See you all soon in the 160s thread!
|
I'm here - and it looks like everyone else is gone - lol.
I'm determined to lose 10 lbs in 4 weeks. I started at 181.8 on Monday and I'm 178.6 today. I have 6.8 lbs to go. I was plateau-ing for quite awhile and my whoosh happened these past two days. I know my exercise is really building my muscles and shaping me. I'm hoping by the end of the month I'm wearing a 10. My dream is a size 8. |
Checking in. I'm 177.2 today. I will be in here for awhile. When I first started last December my initial goal was 175 because I couldn't face the overall total amount I needed to lose. Now it doesn't freak me out. I really can't even remember being so much bigger. People ask if I feel great, and I do, because I'm eating well and exercising, but I can't remember anymore what it felt like.

Hello Msgooch and anyone else passing through!
The scale read 179.2 everywhere I sat it down this morning! I'm OFFICIALLY OUT of the 180s! Let's blow through this decade! The 160s thread awaits! :) |
Good morning!
Checking in today - 177.2 - I maintained over the weekend, which was my goal as I was a lazy sloth. I have .6 lbs to go to lose 50 lbs over all. |
Hello!
I was going to wait a week to weigh as I was scared I might bump back up to 180 before settling into the 170s. I couldn't stand it and peeked today...177.8! Now, I WILL stay off the scale 'til Sunday. I will. I will. I will. Fantastic weight loss journey Msgooch! I've been in this thread before, and I want to get into the 160s and put this one behind me forever! We can do this! |
I feel like linking arms and marching through these 170's! :)
I'm hanging in at 177.4 I have had no success this week, which totally stinks. I'm not cheating, I'm exercising. I don't know at this point what to think. |
Okay the scale started moving today.
176.6 lurchmama - i weigh every day. I hear all the pros and cons and I just feel like things can go awry and I won't notice in time if I'm not held accountable to something. I really don't freak out over fluctuations, I can usually determine that. I'm not saying for anyone else to do it, it's just why I can check in more often. |
Hello!
Msgooch: I thought I'd step on the scale and sneak a peek....it just says "Lo"! Bwahahahaha! I've done run the batteries down by jumping on and off so frequently! Congratulations on staying the course and reaping the rewards! |
Hello April, msgooch, and all others here -- Long time, no hear!
I've been bouncing between 173 and 176 for a while now and long to get to the 160's and beyond. April, replace those batteries and keep on truckin! Msgooch, congrats on your progress so far! I've got another week before I go on vacation, so would love to drop a couple pounds just to make me feel better :) We're going to Asheville, NC so we should be getting in a lot of steps and hikes! Let's all have a great (Hot!) weekend and stay on plan! Andi |
I've been bouncing around between 172 and 175 for weeks now. I wish I could get out of the 170's.
