I've only lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks. Tomorrow will be week 2 for me. I haven't lost anything this week! While I know it's probably pre-period stuff it's making me a little sad.
Slow and steady wins the race. 2 pounds is more than no pounds. It's hard to stay motivated when you aren't seeing the results you want, but keep at it.
We all have those lulls. I just started genuinely working on this a month ago, and am only really beginning to see results. While I weigh myself basically daily, I only "track" it once a month. I find that it helps for things like what you post above. Are you exercising too? Amp it up and see what happens.
Periods are the worst. Seriously. Since I started tracking my weight daily, I am shocked by how much my cycle affects it. Just hold out and you'll probably see a drop soon!
