Hi Jacqui D, my friend put me on task with the exercise thing via text. Was so busy concentrating on diet that I conveniently ignored that bit!!
Will be an 8/10 today. Am hosting an AM group at my house and will see what they want to eat for brunch/coffee. For the rest of the day, though, am raw vegan! |
Pleased to say I am a 10/10 today! :D Managed to stick to my usual (very early!) gym class this morning even though I am off work! Have tasty meals planned for the day and well within cals! If only every day could be like this hey! ;)

10/10 today...back down to my pre-TOM weight and looking forward to a whoosh tomorrow....positive thinking!

Despite my best efforts, I did have a few slip ups on my 3 day weekend. Wine with the girls was just to big of a temptation to resist! After the weekend I hd a two pound gain, but that is gone now, along with and additional 2 pounds!
Today my commitment level is 10/10! |
Back on the wagon! Have a meal plan for every day this week and groceries bought, worked out yesterday and writing out workout planning for the rest of the month into next month.
Ended up taking a break from working out for a while... now that I'm adjusting to my new work schedule, time to get back on the horse! |

Good luck to all on staying on plan as we begin the weekend! Saturdays are my downfall, and I promised hubs a steak dinner. That means I'll have to make sure to do a lot of yard work/house cleaning to be able to fully enjoy it as well without any negative feelings.
Anyway, I'm a 10/10 for the day! I had a nice post-TOM whoosh this morning for a total of 2 lbs lost since last Friday. The most I've ever done in one week :) |
I am 10/10 today! I have my lunch packed and determined not to have any of the Friday Grill Day snacks at work. I work my second job tonight and I packed my supper also. No reason to go off plan just stay the course!

10/10 today. Took my multivitamin, fish oil and vitamin D; prepping a healthy fritatta for the hubby to throw in the oven for dinner (I work swing shifts, and if I don't do the setup, pizza becomes appealing for dinner).
Taking leftover chicken sausage with roasted veggies and quinoa with broccoli/peas as well as snap peas and carrots with hummus, string cheese and home-made snack balls to work (3p-3a in an ER means I *have* to fuel...) Got my morning coffee with half and half and made a chocolate protein smoothie with blueberries, OJ, spinach, organic protein powder and cocoa powder. Going to get a barre ab burner workout in before it's time to leave, too. :) Hope folks don't laugh at the DOMS waddle today... I did lunges and squats 2 days ago, and I'm still feeling it... |
I'm a 10/10 today! Usually Saturdays are my "bad" days but I kind of did that last night with no damage at the scale this morn. I've already started laundry and plan on working in garden fter lunch. A friend is dropping by with her son to collect seeds for a school project :)
I'm so glad I joined 3FC! Even if no one reads a post I make, it gives me a place to log my journey and read about others' journeys. The support is fantastic, and I really think it has contributed to my success thus far. Every day I am more and more excited about my progress and commitment to my new lifestyle and finding the 'old' me. Have a fantastic weekend everyone! |

I didn't lose any weight on my vacation but I didn't gain any either. I consider that a success.
10/10 today. Ready to get back to my schedule. I am adjusting my goal this month to 270 lbs since I am still sitting at 272 lbs. The vacation was definitely worth it though! |
After not feeling well the last 4 days, I am feeling like myself again. I didn't move a lot this weekend except a light cardio workout yesterday. I kept my diet in check though, which was definitely hard with just resting and not doing too much. I am 9/10 today, would be 10/10 but still trying to get back in the swing of things.

I'm a 10/10 today. I was up 0.4 lbs today after three days of holding steady. I was actually "good" yesterday and kept my calories on plan, but I had too many carbs (potatoes and pasta). TMI, but I think it's clogged up the plumbing. I hula hooped last night for less than five minutes....OMG, it is tough. But I'll be at it again tonight.
