I love the newness of a new month! And I am starting today half a lb down, so that makes it doubly nice! I did get out and exercise yesterday and I'm so glad I did! Today I am feeling a 10/10 on both eating and exercise! :flow1:

9/10 today. I haven't been counting calories or carbs but I entered everything I ate yesterday, and I actually came in way under my calorie goals. I didn't feel deprived or anything , but I don't like to eat too little or I won't have energy to do anything. So today, I'm going to eat my fill of good food just to bring my weekly up.

Still haven't been doing much exercise, but I am off work all week so I can go to the gym/park at my leisure.

Jacqui, I like a new month too. I used to always use the first of the month as the day I would start to lose weight. Then it was next month or next Monday and so on. Obviously changing your life doesn't begin on a schedule. It feels so good to be at the first of the month and know I am already doing it! Enjoy your 10/10 day!

Stupid internet just deleted my previous post before I could hit post. Poo...

I'm at 6/10. I have little to no energy. I don't want to get out of bed today. I work today so that'll at least get me out of the house. My mood is fine, I just feel zapped of all energy. I think it might be my B12 deficiency. I found a month ago that I had a severe deficiency and my doctor put me on supplements. She told me that the supplements might not do anything for me if my deficiency is caused by a digestive absorption problem. I have to wait another month, though, before I can get my levels retested.

Leah, have you also had your iron tested. I have often had iron deficiency due to bad periods etc, like a lot of women. However, per my doctor iron and b12 deficiencies often go together, and are present in the same types of food. It doesn't always, but I know for me no matter how much red meat and leafy green veggies I eat I am always slightly anemic. I think your body sometimes just can't absorb certain things for whatever reason, even supplements don't help for me. I hope they work for you and you feel better soon.

They didn't test my iron but I'm allergic to red meat and iron supplements so chances are that I'm also anemic.

I am committed, today I weighed in at 222 which is my lowest adult weight ever, probably the last time I weighed this I was in middle school. About to eat a late dinner, may or may not exercise, but my food intake trumps that.

6/10 Low energy again today. But also the family is coming over to celebrate my dad's birthday so that means spaghetti, garlic bread, cake, and ice cream. I'm not worrying about it, it's one day and it'll average out. I will practice portion control though.

Leah, enjoy your Dad's birthday! Maybe those carbs will give you just the boost you need to start feeling more energetic! :woo:

Today, I am feeling a little wiped out. I didn't sleep well, and I'm sore from the gym yesterday. I have all kinds of housework to do today and I'm dragging so it's slow going. I want to make it to the gym but the housework may be it for the exercise today. So on eating I'm a 10/10, but on exercise I'm about a 3/10. :kickcan:

I went a little overboard on dinner last night but it was yummy and a nice break from the diet monotony.

8/10 I'm still extremely low on energy. I wish my insurance didn't get screwed up this month. I accidentally messed up a part of my renewal form so I was denied. I had to refile them this week.

Happy 4th of July to everyone! 8/10 today. Had a couple bad days in a row and ate without much control. I actually didn't go that much overboard but the mindless eating is a slippery slope for me. Actually it wasn't worth it at all. Just feel bloated, stomach hurts, and the guilt! Ready to get back on track.

BTW, Candid, congratulations!
