I feel your pain. I waited a week, scale finally moved, then 2 days later that pound is back and brought a friend. Just keep at it. I'm sure the scale will move again.

I've been in mega beast mode for a month straight and the scale is finally starting to go down. It was getting extremely frustrating. Just keep going, it will pay off soon.

I totally feel you. I've been absolutely at it, went back to the gym, I'm aching tons from all the exercise haha and yet I'm gaining because of my TOM. But then again, I keep thinking that, if I wasn't doing my best, I'd be gaining even more so it's actually great that I'm sticking to it!

This. Success isn't always measured by how fast the needle on the scale goes down. If we know our own bodies and losing patterns well enough, it's easier to recognize that none of the work that we are doing is wasted.

I am actually been in Beast Mode too, but I am pairing it with a scale moratorium. I know that I will lose weight if I maintain the Beast Mode, so I am embracing that for now. A scale moratorium comes with its own set of anxieties and frustrations, but for me, for right now, it is what I need.

Just keep at it. The scale does not always reflect the genuine progress we make.

It took me 3 weeks to see anything, then BOOM I dropped 5 lbs. Total water weight. Keep with it. Drink water...and eat foods that help drop water..bananas...lemons..etc.
