After making some progress, I'm thinking ahead - mentally visualizing if you will - how I'll look being able to wear a snug T-shirt and have a flat stomach (much less a six-pack). And having a little more vascularity when it comes to my muscle tone and shape. I think seeing that image in my head helps spur me along to my ultimate goal.
I've never had a six pack. Not even close. But yeah, that would be pretty awesome.
My sister gets one really easily. She doesn't work out ever, but she's always been very slim, so if she loses any weight at all her muscles just show in her abdomen, giving her an automatic six pack (she joked about it after her last bout with a flu bug).
I'll be glad when I finally...reach my goal and can maintain it! I know that's what everyone probably wants but I've never been able to maintain any weight. I'm always either headed up or down and it's all very extreme.
Of course a six pack would be nice but it's never gonna happen to this body. I'll just be glad to wear a size 8 instead of a 10.
Go Ian! You can do it! Tricon good idea! Stay inspired. Lianna your sister is one lucky girl. I doubt I will ever be there. It's fun to think about though. I will be happy when I get under my previous low of 144, the wall I couldn't break that frustrated me so much I decided it would be better to gain 16lbs!
