Dammit. Considered not eating today because I don't want to go up .2 pounds, lol. It's too hot (101 today) to walk, so I'll be walking at night. Sixteen more pounds to being in the Healthy BMI section, which is a big goal for me. Quote:

Can I join. I started running on the treadmill at the end of December. The middle of March I tried outside. I love it but am limiting myself to an hour. I usually go 4-5 times a week. I also lift heavy at a gym but only 2-4 times a week.
My husband is a sweetie and runs slowly with me. This morning we went to the state park and ran about an hour. I am working on speed. I love the weight loss and it is happening faster because of the consistent exercise. |

Maui, you are so close to the 160s! Great work! We all need to get through these 170s and join Chubadub over in the 160s thread - it looks quiet over there. I think it needs us. :) |
