164.1 today. Which is absolutely shocking but I'll take it!

Congratulations again MauiKai! I don't like the site you're using because it says I need to be even lower than a BMI of 25 to be "normal" weight, and that makes me want to pout, but that makes it that much more awesome that you've reached "normal" weight even on that site!

Well my personal research leads me to feel that it's probably the best formula out there (in a whole bunch of flawed formulas, you know how it is), so it works for me. All others may find their mileage varies ;)

Hi, all! I'm definitely not in the 160s, but I wanted to ask... Maui, what site are you using for your 'normal' weight line?

168.4 today. Highly motivated, though every now and then I feel - it's so slow!!! Although I know that's exactly how it should be. But the more results I see, the more impatient I get.

Next: a long walk. :)

Thanks, Maui!

Going in the wrong direction, darn it. Today was 164.5. UGH!

In a few day I am going to join the Forming new Habits Challenge with no p.m. snacking for 21 days. That should get me going in the right direction again.

lostkitty, YOU are doing great with steady weight loss. Nice going at 163!

pigeon, :welcome2: to the thead. What country in Northern Europe are you from?

Maui, Congrats! At 6'1" you must be looking fabulous at 167.4.

Chub, You are doing great with consistent small losses, Yip, yip!

Longest Day of the Year!:D

Since I have *just* squeaked out of the overweight range, no, not really.

Thank you! :) I'm from Finland. Or in Finland, ha ha. :D

I think the water weight of TOM is coming off. The exercise felt really good yesterday, I can really feel my neck & shoulders relaxing.

MauiKai 06-23-2015 09:06 AM

166.8

Chubabub 06-23-2015 02:57 PM

163.8 today.

Welcome Pigeon. You're doing great and I envy you the exercise. Unfortunately I have to take a short break from running due to a minor injury so I'm really worried this is going to stall or reverse my weight loss. We'll see.

Workinglikeadog don't worry about a small bounce up. You'll get it turned around.

MauiKai looks like you're back on track! I know you feel like it's slow going but I think it's very impressive how steadily you keep losing even this close to goal.

MauiKai 06-23-2015 03:18 PM

It's a preliminary goal, not a final goal. It's definitely gotten harder, and slower though. Phase two I expect to be even slower yet. Oh well, time passes anyway, may as well be working on it!

Probably more water weight. But I'll take that number and run!
Good day today with eating, having a exercise-less day to let my body rest. Had real bad sugar cravings last night, but managed to push through.
