167.9. All I can figure is I did more damage this weekend than I thought. No clue why it would just show up now unless it was dehydration from the flight making my weight look lower on Monday? Who knows. I still have this weekend to get through and then I'll start worrying about it!

Flying is very dehydrating, so that could be. It's only a small gain anyway, likely water and nothing to fret about. I'm still doing the end of decade dance but saw 170.4 today so I may get to show up here next week!

MauiKai I think there must be more than simple dehydration here. 168.5 today. I'm stunned because I didn't seem to gain over the weekend yet now I am. It's like delayed weight gain or something. Ugh! Maybe we'll trade places. You'll join this thread and I'll get booted back to 170's.

166.7 today after making it all the way back up to 169 and then dropping back down. I may bounce around for a few days since I seem to be on some kind of delay, but all of the big events are over so I should be able to really focus now. |
Don't feel bad about the bounce Chub, after sitting at 169.8 for days I bounced all the way to 170 again! Didn't even misbehave! Sigh.

You'll start back down soon. At least we haven't had anywhere near the battle we had with getting out of the 180's! I'm still bouncing around a little but I had a rough weekend - family who came to visit almost missed the graduation because they were in the hospital due to an auto accident. I haven't been able to refocus the way I need to so I decided to cut myself some slack. I may not weigh for a couple of days but I'm still running and being mindful of what I eat, just not logging everything. I usually cook and plan out meals on Sundays but didn't get to do that the last two weekends so I'm just kind of winging it. I'll definitely get back on track this weekend if not sooner.

Morning Chicks. My weight has been creeping up for nearly a year now. I only fit into a few pants now :eek:, probably time to panic and change some eating routines:rollpin:. Hoping together we can all get to the 150's.:D
