Ok so this is gonna be short I hope. I just wanted to say that even though I have fallen off the wagon several times, my boyfriend is taking the losing weight thing seriously with me this time. It is so awesome because now we both eat healthy and work out and I am so excited to see how this goes! HOPEFULLY this is the last time I will post my beginning blog about how much I want to lose weight haha
Good luck! Try not to hold weightloss as the ultimate goal. The ultimate goal is to be healthy, happy and active. When you have someone at your side that enjoys being active with you, eating good food and enjoying new activities the weight will come off naturally and without too much hassle.
That is some great advice. It is just so much better because we eat good food now and we have a lot more energy! Hopefully we can continue to keep doing this!

Definitely. It is extremely hard to eat nutritiously if your partner is eating junk food. So way to go and stay cool!
