I remember a thread on this forum once that talked about the advantages of weight loss, and one person said that they just felt right... that they took up less space and their body felt amazing.

I feel so LIGHT and FREE at this weight. I look forward to losing more, but when I compare to my HW, when certain actions were a struggle... Aaaaahhhh! This is nice!

Something else happened today. I have a few bracelets that are now too big for my wrist so I thought...hmm... I wonder if this would fit my ankle? and it did! so my wrist bracelet that used to fit but now is too big, fits on my ankle! how cool is that!!
