Hello everyone.
Last year, with all my hard work, I was able to lose 20 kg of weight by low carb diet during 4 months and occasional walk and excercise. However, I was unable to keep it off and gained all the weight back. But after losing weight, I was not happy with results and that triggered binge eating disorder.
I want to start again. But I have learned that low carb might not be the way for me. I have planned to kick start my weightloss, I will go on low carb just for a month and also follow strict excercise routine. Please suggest should I calorie count too during this month or not?
Also, can I drink fruit juices during low carb?
