I have a hula hoop that weighs five pounds. I picked it up the other day and thought, wow, when I lose five pounds of fat, it's this much. I don't know why that made me think of it but losing fat (vs. water) is a massive accomplishment and to lose 5 lbs. of it is just incredible. We all want to lose fast and that is completely understandable, but if you think about it, you HAVE lost a bunch of weight. Be proud of yourself and try not to focus on the time too much. As long as you're doing it right (which you are), it's only a matter of time. I think so many people give up because it doesn't go fast enough, which is so unfortunate. I"m glad you came here to talk it out and that you got some support. I think most of the maintainers here have experienced a stall in their weight loss but they kept on doing what they were doing, or they switched it up a bit to get things going. Just hang in there. You're doing so well!
