Did some reading at Martin Berkham's blog - LINK - Lean Gains, and since then, I just resist eating breakfast. Over time, now I enjoy skipping it. In fact, my idea of a good time in the morning is waking up on a weekend, drinking black coffee and XTend BCAAs - branched chain amino acids and watching Youtube videos. Maybe on a rare occasion I feel a tummy rumble, but I've grown such a resistance to it that I just react to it like "oh it's there" instead of actually eating an omelet or something.
Plus breakfast food in the evening? WIN!
As far as working out, BCAAs and coffee get me revved up. As far as breakfast ideas go - I'm all for eggs! If you want to carb-up (I tend to do that on lifting days) maybe something like omurice - which is rice inside an omelette - YUM.
