It took 3 weeks of going to the gym 5-6 days a week, but I can finally do 30 minutes of cardio, and the weight lifting I've been doing too!
It may not sound like much, but it's a big step forward for me. I can't wait to see what a difference that increased endurance will make on the scale this week!
Now, I remember the very dejected post of a mostly defeated non-cardio doer. That's not you any more! Doesn't it feel great when you get through? It only gets better, too. So awesome! Congratulations! Keep up the great work.
Just hope I can keep doing it, every day that I go to the gym. It took a lot out of me yesterday, but I wanted to prove something to myself. I know it will get easier, eventually. In a few months I will look at 30 minutes like it's nothing.
