Default Lose 10lbs by may 1st

I was going to restart these last month but life happened and I had to suddenly move. But now I'm all settled I figured I'll get this topic up and going again cause back before I found them great in helping lose weight. Anyhow I'll get it started.

drumroll......last night I weighed in at exactly 10.00 weight loss!!! 6.2 lbs the first week, 3.8 lbs the second week! Hoping I can come close to doubling it in the weeks to come!
