I missed my goal, too, but I lost 4 lbs for good and finally got below 194 where I have been stuck for a very long time. So this challenge was a success for me!
my goal is to be 93 kg by July 1, ie lose 5 kgs this month. As it's the beginning of my weight loss, I should be good, as long as I stick to my diet and exercise program like GLUE.....
So I totally fell off the wagon and disappeared and had no success with weight loss on our last run.... I'm going to try again with the start of school as my focal point. If you're not where you want to be weight wise.. Let's use this summer together to get on track! This could be the summer of change!
