big bone structure I guess.. which was VERY nice when I was in high school, and I was ALL muscle ... I would really like to have that bod back 
so yeah.. I need to measure myself.. haha, here I have lost weight and "dieted" for over a year, and never took exact measurements of myself

edit : I need advice here, Kempy you seem to know alot about this stuff, doing the whole body building thing...
my measurements ? : Bust: 34.5", waist: 28.5 ", hips: 37", Wrist: 6", Upper arm: 10", thigh: 18.5", calf: 13", shoulder width: 40.5".
so maybe my goal would be 1.5 - 2 inches off my waist, 2 off my hips, and 1-2 off my thigh ? then build muscle so my arms and calves either stay the same, or even get 1 inch bigger or something ? ugh my hips are almost as wide as my shoulders..

I have never delved into measurements here...

You're hair is gorgeous btw, but I agree with Chris- just cut it! You will feel great I'm sure.
. The good thing is that 2 of my sisters have the same size feet so we can trade shoes. Our closets look like Imelda's (as in Marcos?) .
