Hi I'm 18 years old and over the last four years I have gained almost 3 stone. I try to work it off but always fail, going back to being a bit of a piggy but this time I'm going to do this! I weigh 15 stone and want to work myself down to around 11 or 12. I just wanted to hear some real life success stories to help me to achieve my goal . I am doing 1 hour and 30 mins of exercise a day and eating around 1200/1400 calories oh and drinking plenty of water. I will keep on posting to help keep me motivated! Welcome!! Yes I'm the same as you, I'm here to stay motivated! I tend to get really into being healthy for like 2 weeks then I go back to eating badly and being lazy. Hoping to break the cycle.
