I'm cold when we juice fast, so I kind of agree with the calorie deficit idea.
Like Vintage I experience "bursts of warmth from within" but generally I find that I am cold when I'm not moving, moving around a bit helps warm me up more than a sweater.
If all else fails, a warm beverage with some Irish whiskey works well for me...
