BRALESS WOMEN OF THE WORLD UNITE!!!!!! I am with you girls! I hate the darn things. I have lost a couple sizes so now instead of "big girl" bras, I am finally able to get into pretty ones, but the darn things had to be invented by MEN!

Sorry I haven't posted today much but have been pretty busy. I did my 45 in the pool, cleaned my upstairs and got the laundry done and then got a letter in the mail that practically knocked me out! This girl and I have been friends since 7th grade and for me that would be uhhhhhhhh, 36 years! She has been through two very ugly ugly marriages one with a man that did dispicable things to her and the second was mentally ill and hid it well for awhile until she found his lithium and when she did he decided not to take it anymore. He was a REAL nut case. She is an adorable woman, is an only child and has taken care of her elderly parents her whole life. The letter's first sentence was you better sit down, followed by I'm getting married. This man is in her church, she has known him for over 2 years and I guess is just wonderful. She desperately wants me to come to the wedding and so I begged dh. He gave in easily but I am telling her we can't come and then going to surprise her. I am calling her daughter tomorrow to let her know that we are coming. It will be nice because she lives where my sister, son, and friends live so we can get a short visit in. I have been working all afternoon on pet kennel appts, hotel reservations and the like.

Tomorrow is Time for Us Thursday so try and get in an hour or so to yourself tomorrow.

I am finally able to access the web! I typed up a whole post yesterday morning and it wouldn't go through. The rest of the day, I could not access the web. I think AOL was having some problems. Anyone else have AOL?? How frustrating. :stress:

What are everyone's plans for Father's Day this weekend? Every year, the whole family has a big bbq by the river up near my parents' house. Weather permitting. Hopefully, we won't get rained out :rain:

I need to think about what to get my mom for a birthday gift. I will be going to Father's Day loaded down with gifts for everyone at this rate, lol! I have a grad gift for my cousin, one for his giflfriend, my father's day gift for my dad, birthday gift for my sister, will have a birthday gift for my mom and my grandmother! This is the month for events. I also had to get wedding presents for 2 friends of mine who got married, plus a father's day gift for my father-in-law. I think that does it for me for a while....I hope!!! So.....what to get my mom :chin:
