I know, food is not a reward, but I seriously just had the best lunch ever! All home cooked (because I'm too cheap to eat out every day, and I'm a darn good cook if I do say so myself ), half a grilled chicken breast, grilled asparagus, and cottage cheese.
Months ago, "spoiling myself" would have been going out to a fast food restaurant and getting something from there. Now, spoiling myself is having flavorful healthier foods for lunch.
This morning I felt like I could conquer the world and thought "I think tonight calls for a walk!!!" (you know, get out, enjoy the sunshine/fresh air, and all that jazz)
What ways do you spoil/reward yourself? What things do you do as a treat that months ago you would have thought "That's not a treat!!!"
