Arggghhhhh!!!! Finally the darn cable company gets us back online. I got back into the office this morning at around 10 and the internet was down. Talk about withdrawals! Anyway, yes I did get the gray covered and got a little trim, you can call me Foxy Cleopatra again :lol: .

That was spooky! My SIL just came by looking for Rick. He's never here in the daytime since he's out doing calls. She was asking for $2 to buy her kids some juice. Her 2 kids got taken away by CPS and placed in foster care over a year ago and I guess today is her regular visitation day. She's supposed to bring juice? Well I didn't want to give her any money because who knows what she might spend it on, but I did have some juice boxes in my fridge so I gave those to her to take. Personally I don't think she should ever get those kids back, but the way the system works here is all about reuniting the child w/the biological parent. I'm a little afraid of her myself, she's been known to get really violent...but that's a whole 'nother can of worms. So I gave her the juice and off she went. Whew!

Welcome aboard Emily! Congratulations on your newborn :bb: . Don't you just love how the weight falls off the first few weeks after delivery? Especially if you nurse... anyway, I'm sure you have your hands full, so is it 3 boys then? I have just one 4 y.o. but am sort of trying for another :D . At age 31 I don't want to wait much longer.

Sandy you busy lady. What do you mean 'gives you a paycheck' ? Were you working for love before? :lol: Just kidding. Incorporating huh? Is it a big deal? I don't know because when Rick started his business he just went straight into it, no transition or anything. All I can see is that we're paying taxes through the nose but have the protection of a corp. We're looking into applying for S-Corp status though, that should save us a few $ . Maybe I'll have 2 nickels to rub together after bills are paid :rolleyes: .

Neesh my best girlfriend from high school moved up to Fed. Way maybe 5-6 years ago. She worked for Capital One for a few years, then is currently going to school to become a pharmacy tech? We visited her 2 years ago. I love Seattle and the surrounding areas, it's a beautiful place.

Hey Noelle, yup thats what we are doing.....s-Corp....but you are still called Incorperated I guess? Thats what the lawyer said anyway. We actually found this lawyer that is a Certified Accountant also, so he knows his stuff and only does Small Business stuff. He impressed me today. Anyway, for some reason when my boss started the company she started it as a LLC, and well thats a bad thing to do I guess? But he did say turning into a S-Corp would save some big bucks. Ends up my boss was like paying double taxes on her paycheck.....long story and I am still majorly confussed, but it will all work out. I told the girl that I will be working with in his company (small company just the 2 of them) that I don't know that much, but I am a quick study and she can teach me to do it the way it should be done....lol and she said wonderful at last someone willing to do it my way.....LOL.

I think actually the transittion will be okay, just lots of paper work to do all over again with the hippa laws and confidentiality and omg the list goes on and on when you are dealing with the elderly.

Noelle-yes it's 3 boys: 5, 2.5 and the baby. Yes it keeps me hopping. Thank goodness the weight fell off with this one. I only lost 15 of 40 with my 2nd...the rest is still hanging on...tightly I might add!

Neesh- I have a brother in Auburn- right next to Fed Way I think?? He works dowtown at WAMU. Cousin in Federal Way too. I love that area- used to live in Portland. It's so beautiful!

3 boys eh, Em? That's great. Don't feel bad about weight not coming off w/the other 2 kids prior, no sense in busting your butt trying to get it off only to put it back on again w/another pregnancy. (I'm just trying to make myself feel better because it took me 4 years to get back to prepregnancy weight :o ) . :lol: I've always been heavy ever since I was a kid, but now that I'm getting older I'm trying to get some of this weight off because frankly, it's not pretty. Hope your #2 son gets better :^: !

Neesh I hear you guys up in Federal Way are having temps in the 80's. Must be hot for you guys. I had to laugh when I visited there because my friend kept telling me how rainy and dreary it was before we got there. When we arrived though, it was in the low to mid 70's the whole time--it was absolutely beautiful.

Angie sorry to hear about the accounts. I hope Jay gives 'em ****. Maybe they'll reconsider? I hear ya about honest people trying to make a living. It's the same way here w/unlicensed contractors who charge less and get paid under the table. I stopped by the grocery store on my way to work just to check out the produce. The darn watermelons are back up to $.39 a pound, and that's supposedly a sale! 2 weeks ago I bought one it was only $.17 p/lb. What's up w/that? Oh yeah, and the freezer section only had BB no sugar added, reduced fat--no fat free...now that I think of it, I don't think I've ever seen BB FF yogurt or ice cream, only the no-sugar added. But! I did see that BB had tons of FF or low-fat ice cream or yogurt bars, single serving sizes, just perfect for me. I'm gonna try that next.

I have a cousin from Guam that's flying in tomorrow and will be staying w/us for 10 days. He's getting his captain's license for boating. He works a tugboat (I think, I'm not sure) between Guam and Wake Island and is gone for weeks at a time. Once he gets his captain's license, he'll be in charge of the boat instead of just a working stiff. I can just see my dad firing up the grill 3-4X this week for BBQ :rolleyes: :ink: . Wish me luck but I'm gonna try and stay OP this weekend :crossed: . It's something that I don't really try and do, I just let myself go, then I have to start over again every freakin' Monday. :nono:

I actually got to work out today! I got off of wokr at 2:45 so I just stuck around and did legs and did a little cardio for about 20 mins. I am slowly getting myself back into working out so I don't want to burn myself out by trying to do to much.

Hey girls!! My BIL is such a liar!!! He never got those accounts back. He told my MIL that he cooked for them for today and guess what? NO DONUTS!! Jay called the woman and she said as far as she knows all they need to do is wait for the main office to give the go ahead for us to start! He may have screwed himself because I was so pissed last night that I emailed the head health inspector to see what kind of penalties and fines he should be getting. If I get an email back saying that he never passed inspection(which I dont honestly see how he could) I am so going to tattle on the rest of his accounts and make sure he doesnt have a business left. See he brought me down to his level now. I hate that. I feel petty.

Today was so nice out. Not as warm as I would like but nice. I noticed a huge difference in my reflection when I was peeing this morning(My toilet is beside my whirlpool tub so the whole corner is mirrored and I can see myself pee. Not a pretty picture.) Anyways, my stomache and arms are alot smaller now. I took my measurements tonight and I have lost 1 1/2 inches of my waist and 1 inch of my flabby arms since April 17. I was surprised.

Hi there, I just got back from Evans choral concert. It was okay, I mean the kids did a wonderful job, just he music is really not my kind of music. Then they have this adult group mixed with some kids and they stuck them in the middle of the nights events so you had to stay so your kid could finish......rrrrrrrrr...but the final song was wonderful!! The kids got to pick it and they did an awesom job.

Anyway, Angie....good luck on the accounts still then. Hope you get them. Wow you lost inches and lbs and are doing so good!!! Keep up the good work!!!

The saga continues.....BIL has the accounts back I guess. Jay went into the stores and they were there this morning so whatever. He is going to ***** her out for sure on Monday since he talked to her yesterday and she must have known what was going on. I hate being used as a pawn to get someone else to do what you want. Happy Saturday! I just got in from a great morning walk--took me an hour and a half, 20 minutes more than my usual AND I ran into an old friend so we got to chat and walk together. It was wonderful and I'm feeling really good right now.
